I would love the ability to have a few other screen display modes. My intent for asking is that in a new home build we intend on having some in wall home control screens. The biggest opportunity would be to have the option to place the left hand activity bar on the iPad version, in a room, on the bottom of the screen and also create a “home” screen with icons/buttons to launch into activities or other macros I decide to create. I think I can accomplish the home screen in a pseudo way with shut-down screen but would rather have a home screen function that after a period time (user selectable or even disable) it returns to that full screen with my own custom layout.
