Apple remote integration

Would it be possible to add the apple remote for ios as a device? Ideally a way to play my iTunes music through roomie.

If you mean pure iTunes control (not involving Apple TV except as an AirPlay target), we plan support for that sooner than later as a separate in app purchase. We’re looking at that as a post-1.4 feature. (1.4 has already been submitted and should be available soon.)

Better yet would be integration of hd remote- biggest annoyance for me is I want to control apple tv with my projector off if I just want to play music . This app displays apple tv output so acts like a monitor

Pure iTunes control is a feature I am very much looking forward to. I hope to see it soon. Keep up the good work!
