Can’t buy the app in app store

Hi.

Trying to purchase the new roomie app, but the price is grayed out on the App Store.

I have Simple remote installed. Do I need to remove it first? Any ideas?

The message you’re looking for is right at the top of your screen:

“Requires iOS 12.4 or later.”

So, sounds-like iPhone-5s (just barely) or newer. Also, similar vintage iPad (sorry, don’t know those older ones as well).

It’s a brand-new iPad Pro with 13.something. (Hence the widescreen screenshot). Restarting the iPad worked.
