That’s a receiver issue. We’d recommend cycling the power on it, and most likely you need to physically unplug it and plug it back in. After it’s working again, make sure to check for firmware updates.

I have the same receiver, I have to do this power cord out / in action relatively often;(

Could support dept suggest any other solution?
