Update Channel Guide

I have a Tivo premiere with time warner cable card. Time warner has seen fit to change the channels around a bit and it is now out of sync with my Roomie. How can I remap my channel in Roomie until the roomie guide gets updated with the newest line up? My Tive is already updated.

Our data providers generally update the guide in the same way TiVo does. It can take a few days for that to occur. If you email your zip code and provider name to support, we can prompt our providers to make sure they’re aware of it, but we’ve never seen a case where they didn’t catch a lineup change like that automatically within a week or so.
