There are numerous threads on this topic already. The way this question is posed may not elicit any answers because it’s generic. The question one would ask in controlling a Mac is what exactly you’re trying to control. For instance, if you’re trying to use VLC, you could investigate controlling via RemoteBuddy for which we have a command set. If you’re trying to control Plex running on a Mac, we can control that as well. There’s no generic answer though, you need to decide what you want to do.
