Roomie automatically updates channel lineups regularly from our providers. If you see a channel update has not come through within several days of it occurring, send an email to support with your zip code and provider name and we’ll send it to the appropriate people.

I’m in San Francisco and my DirecTV guide still doesn’t show the correct new overflow channels for NBC’s English Premier League coverage - 491/492/493/494/495.
I am waiting patiently. It’s been several weeks since significant changes have occurred in the Charlotte, NC DirecTV schedule. Hopefully corrections are forthcoming.

Per the prior note in this thread, lineup issues can be requested for an update (though they are always updated automatically over time anyway) by emailing Support with your zip code and provider name. Also be sure to include a specific before and after channel for instance “ABC 700 is now ABC 705”.
