I am unable to figure out how to get channel feedback on the virtual remote. Tried to add a feedback button, but no joy. Am i missing something?
If you have whole home turned on for your DirecTV unit and you added the DirecTV receiver via automatic discovery and it’s a compatible model from the IP compatibility list, all of the feedback is automatic. If you’re not seeing it, we should be able to figure out what’s going on if you contact support.
