Flip PlayPad and Dpad

Is there a way to flip the PlayPad and DPad on a custom added IR controlled Set Top Box? For our set top boxes we use the dpad functions more and have to scroll down on the iPhone.

Delete the PlayPad. Add a Custom Module after the DPad which is the same as the PlayPad.
