Where must they go in order to create a simple control account?
Is it the store? forums…?
I’m not the OP but I was wondering the same thing so created two users and tried to invite them (I have a MultiHome license) and for both email addresses I get a notification saying “The user xxx@xxx.com does not have a Simple Control account” but they both do and they both received the “Welcome to Simple Control” emails. I even tried to login as both but didn’t help.
They need to log into the app as well before you can add them.
