Hi. It appears my cable provider (FiOS) decided to change a channel mapping in its lineup. The Palladia channel is bumped from 711 to 712 or something like that - cannot remember exact numbers, however, the guide still has it at the old number, and this is a channel we watch often. Is there a way for me to e-mail someone to get this updated for a ‘push’ to my Guide or can I do it locally on my end so it is correct on my Roomie guide? Thanks.
Based on past experience, this is corrected automatically in 100% of cases, but it may take a few weeks to filter through the system. We can certainly ping the providers though if you send your zip code and the specific channel reference to support to make sure our providers are on it.
