Honeywell Evohome

I’m trying to add my Evohome system to my remote, however it’s saying Username and Password not recognised?
If I click through the forgot my password link to the actual website, I can sign in fine.

Anything like this should go to support not the forums. (So that this isn’t theoretical.) There are some non-US models that are not included in Honeywell’s IP control. Support can figure that out. Honeywell is aware of it.
