Ok I got this figured out… the off macro that you guys show only works if you are not in a game. When you are in a games and hold the ps button you are not on turn system off.
here is what I cam up with… and it works everywhere as far as I can tell

Playstation, Repeat 2000ms

Cursor Down, Repeat 500ms

Cursor Up

X, delay 500ms

You might be able to lower some of the holds and delays but I have found this to be fairly bulletproof… and it doesn’t take to long.
