Is there any way to make a "list" issue 2 commands?

If I make a remote and add a button, I can make it execute more than 1 command.

 

Is there any way to make a ‘list’ perform more than 1 command when an item is chosen?

No, a list simply collapses commands with a given prefix like “INPUT”. Sending multiple commands in sequence requires either a button or an Activity.
