There are a few rare commands in the library that take 3 parameters. In the case of a couple of Lightwave commands, those are Room, Device, and Brightness. For instance the .LIGHT ON command takes all 3. Brightness values for Lightwave at 1-32.
That’s simply a more direct way of using the commands. You can also just use the .LIGHT DIM 12 style commands which do the same thing without the third parameter.
Thank you.
Hi clever people hoping someone has the answer as I’ve spent hours now and only managed to get MOOD 2 and 3 to respond as well as all off.
I can’t get LIGHT ON, LIGHT OFF, MOOD 1 to work
MOOD 1 is set up - I can use it from the iOS app and the LWRF website console
Thoughts appreciated…
Thanks
PS: using the original WIFI link with a screen, in case that’s relevant…
So bizarrely I uploaded a manually created PLIST file for LightwaveRF from lightwaverfcommunity.org and… it all works.
Is the Roomie stock set of definitions corrupt in some way?
(for anyone who is interested, I used the RoomieCodes.plist referred to on this page lightwaverfcommunity.org.uk/foru … te/page/2/ post 6107 by Chris Mills, the site owner)
The file linked there matches the internal file.
Thank you.
