Marantz on serial will not controlled

I am struggling with this serial globalcache box, the wired version.

Inn all the tests it shows up perfect, and I have reserved an IP adress for it.

But I simple cannot get control of my Marantz 5006.

 

I have also a wifi IR global cache box, should I remove that one on to my marantz?
