Dumb question from this end. I have the ip to ir converter. i need more than 3 ir outputs. Can I use , say ir1 to talk to two devices. Or is the ir blaster meant for this issue.
Normally you would use the IR blaster on port 3 to solve that. There are many other ways to handle it, but that’s the simplest.
I use a iTach to Xantech cable (found in the Roomie store) and a Xantech 789-44 one zone connecting block powered with a 12v xantech power supply. Xantech is a great company who makes high quality IR parts. When (if) you get the wire the block part should be on the IP2IR side not the Xantech side.
