I linked my nest account and the thermostat has been linked, but my camera is not showing up. I have deleted and reinstalled the cloud service multiple times and get the same results. Am I missing something?
Typically this is because Nest does not provide any information unless you have an active camera subscription. Inactive cameras don’t count in Nest’s system.
