I have a new TU7000 Samsung TV and the roomie app doesn’t discover it. It has a direct Ethernet connection and is on my network. Is there a setting I need to make on the TV or what port should I use?

- Restart your TV, iOS device, and Wi-Fi Router.
- Try again.
- Check basic discovery attributes for your network:
https://roomieremote.com/knowledgebase/auto-discovery-does-not-find-devices-on-my-network/ - If all else fails, just add it manually on port 8002. Choose Samsung and then “2018-2020 Models”.
