So I noticed in 8.3 that the Plex media player support was improved. I was able to remove and add the pmp again and get the media guides working in both my Apple TV 4K and nvidia shield. My question is regarding media feedback where it will show you what’s playing along with the time elapsed and remaining with a scrub bar. Does this work on the nvidia shield now? I know it used to a long time ago with the old plex player. It does work on Apple TV so was curious if this new version fixed it on the shield.
iirc The progress feedback is on AppleTV not Shield. We derive that from the AppleTV itself, whereas Shield does not provide that and Plex broke their progress feedback a couple years ago and still hasn’t fixed it.
