Roku TV Power Issue

I have a strange issue with a Roku TV. I added the device, and then setup an activity to power on and change to HDMI 1. For the first week or so, everything was working as expected, but shortly after that it stopped powering on once it had been powered off.

For troubleshooting using the following, but they haven’t resolved the issue:

  1. Hard-wiring the TV instead of wireless, along with changing the device IP in the app
  2. Adding a wake-on-lan command to the activity
  3. Enabling Fast TV Start on the Roku TV
  4. Enabling Mobile App Control (Permissive)

I’d like to avoid a factory reset on the TV if possible, but if anyone has any tips or suggestions I could try to resolve the problem, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

Please note support responses are still quite delayed. This is definitely the most common question though. Roku added a switch for mobile app control. You need to turn it on. Problem solved.
