This release sounds small because I gave it a diminutive version number of 9.2.2, but actually includes months of updates for the Apple TV support. In particular, it is required for compatibility with Apple TVs running 18.4+ due for release shortly. As well, gesture controls with Apple TV have been improved across all supported releases.
A few other changes in this release:
• Date is now displayed in the Homebar Weather summary row.
• Resiliency improvements and error reporting for Automatic Backup.
• Auto-Discovery of newer Zidoo models like the Z30 Pro.
• Fixed issues with rooms sometimes not appearing in Linked Volumes.
If you are already running tvOS 18.4 beta/RC, you may need to use the Force Code Set Update button to engage the appropriate updates for full functionality.
