Posting this for the benefit of others with an Onyx tuner.
My new Onyx wasn’t responding to the “Sirius All Models” commands. After rigorous troubleshooting (per the detailed instructions, here on the site), I finally resorted to using the learn feature – and now the Onyx works perfectly.
