Should be doable using the same basic procedure as this:

SONOS code .transport etc

Start a Sonos Media Activity. Start the content you want to trigger later. (eg. Play a Pandora station) Edit something with commands such as a button on your design or an Inline Activity. Add the .TRANSPORT SET command to the playing Sonos device. If you performed the above 4 steps correctly, it will autofill with the correct parameters based on what is playing.
