Sony Bravia trough an iTach WF2IR

Hoi,

I’m trying to add my Sony Bravia TV through the iTach-controller, but when I add a device, select the iTach and channel, the screens shows: Type “Sony TV” (All Models All Types) but the Remote shows a Samsung-remote!?

The TV is not responding to any command (probably due to Samsung-commands). The iTach is receiving the commands because the light flashes on the iTach and emitter.

How can I fix this?

The Original Remote image simply provides a pleasing image. We default that to off, but if you choose the Samsung image remote when adding the device, that’s what you will see. This is explained in the FAQ:
