I have a Sony NX720 and cannot power the TV of and on via IR or mute. I know this is not possible via IP but, how come I can’t do it via IR?
Sony generally requires a Retransmit Count of at least 2. If raising the Retransmit Count doesn’t help, the emitter position likely needs adjustment. These topics are all covered and even with specific reference to Sony here:
