Trouble obtaining feedback from DirectTV

We’ve heard that before from one other user – assuming control continues to work just fine and it’s just that aspect of feedback it may be related to a particular model or firmware. The whole feedback system for DirecTV was completely replaced in 1.5 and nobody is reporting it there so at this point with 1.5 already in the pipe we’d advise checking it with that and if any further issues continue then we’ll track it down with the Collect Diagnostics feature.
