I just upgraded to 8.2.0, and now I have this Roomie widget that shows up on my Lock Screen. I’ve looked in the Roomie app settings as well as the Roomie settings under iOS and don’t see anywhere to turn this off?
There are two different elements here, and you’re probably using the wrong words and thus referring to something else you didn’t intend.
In 8.1, we introduced the new Live Activity. That can be turned on or off in the iOS Settings app under Roomie Remote. This can appear on your Lock Screen.
In 8.2, we introduced the new Widgets. Those are positioned and activated by editing your Home Screen and adding or removing or moving them. These are not currently eligible for the Lock Screen.
Presumably, you are referring to the Live Activity and not the new Widgets.
